Um his nap was only two and a half hours. I am sooooo pregnant. LOL
We hung up my knitted ornaments tonight. I am still going to work on more, I have tons of Christmas yarn (red heart) so I can just knit them whenever I feel like it : ) Even if they are not done for this year, I want to get a set done for us. So far I have a snowman, little wreath, santa hat, and a heart but i'm not sure where it is. The angel only has one wing and curls a lot so I have to finish it up still. We have several angel ornaments on our tree already! I love angels, that is my moms theme of her tree.
So now that the scarf is done my four year old has requested one. I have photos of him wearing the one I did, hehe. I'm going to make him one out of Lion Brand homespun. Gotta get working on it so he has it soon since it was a request : )
The scarf is finished. It's very pretty. I like how it kinda curls. Yeah you would have to see, I will post pictures later probably. It ended up being 30-somthing inches long, I had leftover yarn because I finished it off thinking I would run out before I did the border (5 rows knit) to match how I started.
Now, I need to get lion brand chenille and make myself one too. It's warm & soft & pretty. Hopefully my sisters friend won't notice my mistakes. I can see several!
Oh my baby is up from his nap. He took a long nap, like three and a half hours. But he woke up at 5:45, me too, I need a nap ; )
I changed things a bit ; ) Still working on it, but I am very tired and it is midnight. I have a midwife appointment in the morning. I am in pain (ribs, right side. back, right side too) and I am ready for this baby. Saturday marks 36 weeks so it shouldn't be too much longer. I should work on his hat!!!!
I keep meaning to go through all my knitting prjects and make a page with what I have going on, how much is done/left, and what supplies i'm using, and stuff. But I have not done it yet. Maybe next week. This week/end is busy. Tommorow we get new carpets in our living room & hallway. Yay! And I hope to go to my siblings school play thing. Friday morning I have my home visit with my midwife (36 weeks!!!!!) Friday night we will probably put up our tree/decorate our house, Saturday MIL has some shopping she wants us to do for her & then in the evening is her church christmas program-she is in the choir so we go, Sunday we will go to Mass as usual, and then in the evening we have a Posada at my sons school (at our church lol). Oh and monday I did nothing, tuesday I had parent-teacher conference, today I went to the library for my AP group. Fun.
Anyway so yeah not much knitting going on, the scarf and that is about it. I will work on that list next week hopefully. and eventually make it a page on the site, to replace the one that is up now. I will be re-doing the whole site soon.
